About the Event

The TWA Museum, located at the Charles B. Wheeler downtown airport, highlights the seventy -five year lifespan of the airline. Art Lujin, an aviation historian at the  TWA Museum, will bring his knowledge of the story of TWA to our  group for our March program. His employment background includes  managerial work as an aircraft engineer with TWA for over twentyfive years. Currently, Art volunteers as a docent at the museum and  provides support as a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering,  Mathematics) educator. Art will tell the story of the once-premier airline that had a profound  effect on the Kansas City area. Also several of our JCARSP members  will bring their TWA memorabilia and share some stories. If you have  any items to share, feel free to bring them to share or display at our  meeting. Be sure to be present for an enjoyable morning of local TWA histor
